OrthoMerch brings together goods and shops serving the canonical Eastern Orthodox community. Churches, monasteries, individual makers, and businesses each have a place to share their work.
A shop of your own
Each independent seller manages a dedicated shop, its listings, and fulfillment. Churches can operate their own shops too. For parishes that prefer help with design, production, and shipping, the existing managed merch program offers another path.
How seller review works
Applications identify the seller or organization, its parish or monastery, ecclesiastical jurisdiction, and a reference from clergy or a monastery. We review the application and contact the reference before approving a shop. Organizational applicants must be authorized to represent their church, monastery, or business.
Listing an affiliation is an application statement; it does not by itself establish verification. Review does not imply endorsement by a bishop, jurisdiction, or the Church as a whole.
Honest about the goods
Sellers describe how their goods are made and who makes them. Icons and reproductions must be clearly distinguished. Our own OrthoMerch merchandise uses Fourthwall for production and fulfillment.
