How each sale supports your church

For every $20 in profit from your church’s merchandise, your church receives $15 and OrthoMerch receives $5. The split is of profit, rather than the full sale price.
Profit is merchandise revenue after discounts, minus production costs, payment processing fees, refunds, and any shipping paid by OrthoMerch. Sales tax and customer-paid shipping are excluded. OrthoMerch’s 25% covers shop management, standard design preparation, and support.
The church’s share follows its products, whether shoppers arrive through the church’s link or the main OrthoMerch shop. Pilot payouts are reviewed manually after funds settle, with an itemized sales statement. Payout details are agreed with each church before launch.
How quickly can we launch?
Usable artwork helps us move quickly. We confirm a launch plan after reviewing your submission; printing and delivery have their own timelines.
What does the pilot include?
A dedicated church shop, up to four initial products, standard artwork preparation, and one revision round. Original illustration or extensive redesign is quoted separately and only starts with your approval. There is no application fee.
Can people find our products in the main shop?
Yes. Your collection has its own church page and can also appear in the larger catalog. Your church receives its share whenever its products sell, regardless of the entry page.
What artwork can we use?
Use artwork your church owns or has permission to reproduce on merchandise. An authorized church representative must approve the final designs and the use of the church’s name.
