OrthoMerch & parish merchandise
Our merchandise, including the St. Catherine collection, is produced and shipped through Fourthwall. The product page on our merch store and checkout provide the available delivery information and shipping charges for your destination. Check those details before placing your order; we do not promise a single delivery time for every product.
Made-to-order production takes place before shipping. Check both production and delivery information when ordering for a particular date.
Independent shops
Each independent shop ships its own goods. Product pages display the listed shipping charge and the seller’s shipping policy. Made-to-order items may also show a preparation time. If a timeline is missing, ask before ordering.
Orders from more than one shop
Marketplace items are grouped by shop in your cart, with separate orders and shipments for each seller. Review the shipping amount for your cart before continuing. OrthoMerch merchandise uses a separate checkout from independent-shop items.
Tracking or a delayed package
For merchandise orders, check your confirmation and shipping emails. For independent-shop orders, sign in to your orders for available updates. If you need help, send us your order number and the email used at checkout.
