My order hasn’t shipped yet.
Merchandise is made after you order. Production takes place before shipping; refer to the estimate you saw in checkout. Multiple pieces may arrive separately. If the expected date has passed, tell us your order number below.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect.
Keep the item and packaging. For merchandise print errors or visible quality issues, contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos. General returns and size exchanges aren’t accepted. Read the full guidance.
How do I leave a verified product review?
Return to the product page in the browser you used for checkout and select “Check my purchases.” Review access becomes available after payment confirmation and lasts 180 days. A private review link can be copied from the product page after verification. Keep it private. For an older purchase, another device, or a direct Fourthwall order, open the recovery section below the review button on the product page. Enter your Fourthwall order number and checkout email to request a private link. We verify the product in the order and send the link only to its checkout address. Recovered access lasts 180 days.
I need this as a gift by a particular date.
Check the destination-specific delivery estimate in checkout before paying. Production and shipping both take time; we can’t promise arrival for a date beyond the supplier’s estimate.
